Overcoming adversity, personal empowerment, and holistic wellness are the core of my life coaching. I spent many years working as a single mother and an executive in a highly demanding corporate environment. Work-life balance only works when it’s a lifestyle tailored to the needs of the individual.

My first-hand experience raising a child with ADHD and living with a spouse diagnosed as an adult inspired me to learn more about brain function. Specifically, I sought to understand the importance of executive functioning skills.
